“I arrived at Charney Manor for bed-and-breakfast last Sunday afternoon, just as a day-gathering was leaving – and was surprised to find that I would be the only guest on the whole site that night! I ended up spending nearly 24 hours there (sustained by a pub dinner together with Charney Manor’s extensive continential breakfast selection) and took advantage of the solitude to turn my visit into a private retreat. The sun was benevolent, so I spent most of the time strolling or reading in the gardens. A beautiful setting and a very uplifting experience.”  Frank R, August 2013.
