Young Friends

Young Friends’ General Meeting (YFGM) is a national group for Young Adult Quakers aged between 18 and 30-ish in the UK. They welcome people from beyond the UK to their gatherings.

They meet three times a year for residential weekends in different Quaker Meeting Houses to spend time together, explore our faith and ways of living out the Quaker testimonies to truth, simplicity, equality and peace.

YFGM weekends provide an opportunity to discuss the concerns of young Friends. They are also a time to meet up with old Friends and make new ones, to consider their lives, to worship together and have fun.

YFGM is committed to making their gatherings as inclusive as possible.

Junior Yearly Meeting is an event for young people aged 15-18. Please see their website yqspace.
